Return Process

  Log in to your Imminence account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
